What if I don’t have much time?

Perfect. This program is built for people who don't have a lot of time. We focus only on the things you need to know and do. All you'll need is 5 total hours per week.

I’ve tried programs before and failed. How is this different?

First, there's no other program that will focus on your identity alongside with your nutrition & training. Most coaches will just tell you to eat chicken and rice and go to the gym.

Instead, we'll learn exactly why your past programs failed you. We also have countless client results from people that are just like you. Additionally, if you do the work and don't lose at least 5lbs, we'll send you back double what you paid.

I can’t stick to strict diets.

Good. We’re not doing one. You’ll learn how to eat anywhere: home, restaurants, airports, while hitting your targets. No “forbidden food” lists.

What if I miss a live call?

All calls are recorded & can be watched whenever you are available. There is no information that you will miss. You can also ask me questions in the groupchat while watching the recorded calls to clarify anything or solve your specific problem. Momentum doesn’t depend on showing up at one specific hour.
